Paul Beilstein is a PhD candidate in the department of English and the Center for Writing Studies at the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign.
Paul Beilstein was born in Springfield, Illinois. He earned a BA in Rhetoric from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign and an MFA in English from the University of California, Irvine, where he also taught composition and poetry. He then moved to Portland, Oregon, where he taught composition at Portland Community College, Rock Creek campus.
