Research Interests

literacies, writing, technology, composition pedagogy

In my research, I look at how teachers incorporate digital and non-digital technologies in the writing process, and their pedagogical intentions when doing so. I'm also interested in multimodal composing, especially how people use materials/interfaces/potentials to shape activity and construct meaning.
